Karnataka HC Upholds State Government Rules Banning Surge Pricing by Ola, Uber - (11 Nov 2016)

Karnataka High Court has upheld rules framed by State Government to regulate fares by Taxi Aggregators such as Ola and Uber, which includes a ban on surge pricing by these platforms.
