NGT Defines Emergency Norms for Delhi & Four States over Air Pollution - (11 Nov 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has defined the term “environmental emergency” and listed measures to be taken by Delhi and its neighbouring States whenever air quality index crosses “severe” levels.
