Mumbai Court Declares Mallya Proclaimed Offender - (11 Nov 2016)

A Mumbai Court has declared beleaguered entrepreneur Vijay Mallya, a proclaimed offender and directed the Enforcement Directorate to freeze movable properties listed by Agency in its application.
