SC Asks Centre “Do You Have a Plan Before City Shuts Down?” - (09 Nov 2016)

Supreme Court, while taking note of the enormity of alarming rise in pollution levels, has given Centre 48 hours to devise a common minimum programme to deal with pollution in Delhi and NCR.
