SC Asks Supertech to Deposit Rs10 Crore to Refund Buyers in Noida Project - (09 Nov 2016)

Supreme Court has given a stern message to Supertech saying it was not concerned whether the real estate major “sinks or dies”, but it has to return money to investors.
