Karnataka HC Refuses to Interfere in BBMP’s Decision on FAR - (04 Sep 2015)

Karnataka HC has refused to interfere in Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike’s decision to add Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of building to that of site for granting FAR under Transferable Development Rights (TDR) to land owners who voluntarily give up their properties for public use.
