Delhi HC Clears Cable Digitization Hurdles - (08 Nov 2016)

Delhi High Court has passed an order over-ruling orders passed by various other High Courts removing stay granted for extension of digitization for 9 cases spanning 4 states, in DAS (digital access system) Phase 3.
