NGT Raps Centre, AAP Government & Neighbouring States over Failure to Tackle Mounting Air Pollution - (07 Nov 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) came down heavily on Central Government, Delhi and Neighbouring states for doing little to tackle mounting air pollution in Capital that touched alarming levels this season.
