Bombay HC Slams Commissioner of Police for Transferring Case on Accused’s Request - (07 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court has restrained Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai police from carrying out any investigation into alleged forgery and fabrication case, after noticing that Commissioner of Police transferred the case to EOW on request of accused.
