Karnataka HC Notices State Government & Others over Arkavathi Site Case - (07 Nov 2016)

Karnataka High Court has ordered notice to State Government, CID, BDA and others in response to a petition seeking a CID probe on allegation that a site at Arkavathi layout which was allotted to petitioner was later allotted two other persons.
