Bombay HC Directs State to Constitute Statewide Committee to Maintain Hospitals - (04 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court, while observing that there exists an urgent need to evolve a safe and effective method of disposing of biomedical waste, especially for Government Hospitals, has asked Maharashtra government to constitute a Statewide Committee to look into issue.
