Allahabad HC Refers Yamuna Expressway Land Acquisition Dispute to Arbitration - (04 Nov 2016)

Allahabad High Court has referred to arbitration a dispute between Yamuna Expressway Authority and JP Infratech Ltd in connection with enhanced compensation to land owners whose land was acquired for construction of Yamuna Expressway.
