Delhi HC: Suicidal Threats by Wife Amounts to Mental Cruelty - (04 Nov 2016)

Delhi High Court has said that threat by a woman to commit suicide and implicate her husband and in-laws for it, amounts to causing mental cruelty which permitted divorce.
