Bombay HC Slams State Government over Poor Infrastructure for Judiciary - (03 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court has observed that Maharashtra Government should realize that if it cannot support its own judiciary by giving infrastructure and staff, then it will not be able to obtain early disposal of cases and pending matters.
