Bombay HC Dismisses Adarsh Society’s Plea Challenging Defence Ministry’s Title Suit - (03 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court has dismissed a plea filed by Adarsh Cooperative Housing Society, opposing a title suit filed by Ministry of Defence regarding land on which the building stands.
