Madras HC Imposes Rs. 10,000 Cost to CMDA for Inaction over Unauthorized Construction - (03 Nov 2016)

Madras High Court has imposed a cost of Rs 10,000 on Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) on a PIL, alleging inaction over an unauthorized construction in city.
