Bombay HC Seeks MTDC’s Response over Accreditation of Lifeguards at Beaches - (02 Nov 2016)

Bombay High Court has asked Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) to check if a firm contracted to train 89 lifeguards was properly accredited.
