Odisha HC Grants Interim Protection to Accused Servitor in Niladri Bije Fiasco - (02 Nov 2016)

Orissa High Court has asked Puri Police not to take any coercive action against Jayakrushna Mahasuhar pertaining to non-bailable warrant issued against him, in at least four cases, including attacks on journalists and threatening District Collector during ‘Niladri Bije’ ritual of Deities.
