Madras HC Slams Advocate for Casting Aspersions on Election Commission - (02 Nov 2016)

Madras High Court came down heavily on an advocate for filing a Public Interest Litigation to postpone elections to Aravakurichi and Thanjavur Assembly constituencies, scheduled for November 19, after casting aspersions on Election Commission of India.
