Bombay HC Restrains BMC from Cutting Trees for Road Projects in Khar - (28 Oct 2016)

Bombay High Court, while stating that every possible care must be taken to protect City’s depleting green cover, has prevented BMC from felling trees in Khar West area for its road widening project, until further orders.
