Delhi HC Dismisses IHCL’s Plea against Taj Mansingh Hotel Auction - (27 Oct 2016)

Delhi High Court has dismissed Tata Group-Owned Indian Hotels Co. Ltd’s (IHCL) plea against a decision to auction Delhi-based Taj Mahal Hotel.
