Bombay HC Asks US Couple to Make Representation to Government on Taking Back Embryos - (27 Oct 2016)

Bombay High Court has allowed an American couple to make representation to Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and Department of Family Welfare to allow them take back to their country eight embryos kept by them in a hospital.
