Bombay HC Rejects Intervention Application of Godhra Riots Survivor - (27 Oct 2016)

Bombay High Court while rejecting Intervention Application (IA) filed by Bilkis Bano, survivor of a gang-rape and witness to murder of her family, in the aftermath of 2002 Godhra riots, has allowed her to convert her intervention application into an appeal.
