Uttarakhand HC Directs State to Ensure Implementation of Measures to Control Sale of Drugs - (26 Oct 2016)

Uttarakhand HC, while taking cognizance of death of a teenager in Bhowali town, allegedly from an overdose of whitener and an adhesive product, has directed Chief Secretary of state to ensure implementation of measures to check 'easy availability' of drugs.
