Bombay HC Rejects Parole Plea, Allows Surgery in Hospital - (25 Oct 2016)

Bombay High Court, while allowing a prisoner to undergo reconstruction surgery at a Kolhapur Hospital, has refused to release a prisoner from Kolhapur Central Prison on parole for treatment of a nasal problem as he had violated furlough condition earlier.
