SC Asks Centre to Ensure Implementation of Food Security Act - (25 Oct 2016)

Supreme Court has said it was incumbent upon Central government to ensure that National Food Security Act, 2013, was implemented both in letter and spirit by State Governments, and has asked Centre to frame model rules under Act.
