Delhi HC Stays Warrants against Top Officials of Unitech Ltd. - (25 Oct 2016)

Delhi High Court has stayed execution of non-bailable warrants against three top officials of real estate major Unitech Ltd on a complaint alleging delay in handing over of flats to buyers.
