Bombay HC: Cyber Crimes Affecting Country’s Image Can’t be Ignored - (25 Oct 2016)

Bombay High Court has observed that cyber crimes that affect image of Country cannot be brushed aside on premise that offences under Information Technology (IT) Act are bailable.
