Allahabad HC Dismisses Kejriwal’s Plea Seeking Exemption in Poll Code Violation Case - (25 Oct 2016)

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a petition of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Party Leader Kumar Vishwas, seeking exemption from personal appearance in a case relating to Violation Modal Code of Conduct during 2014 Lok Sabha elections in Sultanpur.
