NGT Notices UP Government for Not Sealing Hand Pumps Releasing Toxic Water - (24 Oct 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) came down heavily on Uttar Pradesh Government for not following its 2015 order to dismantle all hand pumps in six districts of Western UP, where groundwater is contaminated.
