Delhi HC Notices Central Board of Film Certification over Appeal Against Film Certificate - (24 Oct 2016)

Delhi High Court has said there appeared to be no provision in Cinematograph Act to allow a third party to appeal against certification granted to a film for public viewing, which led to petitions being filed against release of movies.
