Bombay HC Suggests for Evolving a Better Mechanism for Dissolving Marriages - (24 Oct 2016)

Bombay High Court has suggested that a mechanism be evolved to ensure matrimonial disputes are heard and decided or resolved within a fixed time frame so that parties involved can move on with their lives.
