Delhi HC Dissolves Strained Matrimonial Knot - (24 Oct 2016)

Delhi HC, while dissolving a marriage, has said that, a couple trying to take advantage of an "unfortunate incident" of abortion in their litigation against each other, indicated their strained relations.
