SC Refuses to Enter Debate on Right to Refuse Treatment - (24 Oct 2016)

Supreme Court has refused to enter debate over a patient's right to refuse treatment during the pendency of a PIL seeking approval of a person's right to execute a living will to decide when he could refuse life support assistance.
