CCI Clears Konecranes-Terex Corporation deal - (21 Oct 2016)

Finland-based Konecranes has received Competition Commission of India’s (CCI) approval to acquire 'material handling and port solutions business' of industrial cranes and mining equipment maker Terex Corporation.
