Supreme Court: Elephants Owners Cannot be Unkind to Animals - (21 Oct 2016)

SC while observing that those keeping elephants in captivity, whether private individuals or temples, do not care for animals or law, has said owners, including temples, cannot be unkind to them and must follow the law.
