NGT: Odd-Even Scheme Failed to Curb Air Pollution Menance - (19 Oct 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed Delhi government to convene a meeting of concerned authorities to devise a plan to deal with increasing levels of air pollution in National Capital, after being informed that second odd-even scheme had not aided in curbing air pollution menace.
