Delhi Court Dismisses Fake Degree Case Against Smriti Irani - (19 Oct 2016)

Patiala House Court has dismissed fake degree case against Union Minister Smriti Irani where the complainant alleged that she had provided false information regarding her educational qualifications in her affidavit to the Election Commission of India.
