Nainital HC Dismiss Plea Seeking Permission for Animal Sacrifice at Nanda Devi Festival - (04 Sep 2015)

Nainital High Court has dismissed public interest litigation filed by Ram Sevak Sabha, seeking permission for animal sacrifice at temple named after the goddess Nanda Devi in Nainital on Nanda Devi festival.
