SC Dismisses Bihar Government’s Plea for Custody of Suspended MLA - (19 Oct 2016)

Supreme Court has rejected Bihar Government’s plea that suspended RJD MLA Raj Ballabh Yadav, accused in a rape case, be taken into custody so that minor victim could testify before Trial Court.
