Bombay HC Asks Service Tax Department to Expedite Sale Mallya's Airbus - (17 Oct 2016)

Bombay High Court has directed Service Tax Department to complete process of re-auction and sale of businessman Vijay Mallya’s private aircraft by December 15 this year.
