Bombay High Court: Does Maharashtra Have Contingency Plan for Monsoon Deficit - (04 Sep 2015)

Bombay High Court has asked from Maharashtra Government whether they have any contingency plan in place, keeping in view steady decline of rainfall in state over past few years.
