Delhi HC Seeks Centre’s Reply over Immediate Ban on 19 Pesticides - (17 Oct 2016)

Delhi HC has asked the Centre to file its opinion over a plea seeking an immediate ban on 19 pesticides as recommended by an expert panel on ground that they are carcinogenic.
