NHRC Notices UP Government over Death of Asthma Patient in Ambulance - (14 Oct 2016)

National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued notice to UP Government over death of an asthma patient because of an empty oxygen cylinder in ambulance while he was being moved to a hospital in Bijnor.
