Delhi HC: Rights of Juveniles are completely Non-Negotiable - (14 Oct 2016)

Delhi High Court, while expressing pain over the way a Sessions Court dealt with a murder case in which a juvenile was "incarcerated" for over nine years, has said that, rights of children are completely non-negotiable even if they are implicated in a heinous crime.
