Madras HC Reduces Accident Compensation by Rs 6 Lakh - (13 Oct 2016)

Madras HC has partly allowed an appeal of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC), which contended that it was not liable to pay compensation to family of an accident victim as he died due to his negligence.
