Bombay HC Seeks Centre’s Opinion over Involving US Firm to help Sell Mallya’s Airbus - (13 Oct 2016)

Bombay HC has directed Central Government to decide whether a US-based aviation consultant, Avitas, can be roped in to sell absconding businessman Vijay Mallya’s luxury airbus to recover dues that Mallya owes to Service Tax Department.
