1987 Hashimpura Massacre: Delhi HC Directs Govt. to Pay Compensation to Kin of Victims - (07 Oct 2016)

Delhi High Court while expressing concern that UP government had not given compensation to the kin of all victims of the 1987 Hashimpura massacre has asked the authorities to disburse the ex-gratia amounts “expeditiously”.
