CIC: Develop System to Compensate Prisoners Kept in Jail for More than Term - (07 Oct 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has asked country's largest prison Tihar to develop a system of giving compensation to inmates who have been incarcerated for duration more than their sentence period.
