Karnataka HC Grants Relief to Ex-Minister over Disproportionate Assets Case - (07 Oct 2016)

Karnataka HC, while granting relief to Ex-Minister V Somanna, has stayed further proceedings in respect of a complaint pertaining to amassing disproportionate assets during his tenure as a minister.
